About

Improving Metabolic Health for all New Zealanders

Who are we?

We are a collective of health professionals, researchers, and community leaders united by one belief: that good health starts with good evidence, and good evidence should lead to action. We work at the intersection of science and everyday life, turning research into practical tools people can actually use.

Our focus is metabolic health — the foundation of energy, vitality, and long-term wellbeing — because we believe prevention deserves the same priority as treatment, and lifestyle deserves to be the first prescription. Founded in 2023, Metabolic Health NZ is more than a trust; it’s a growing movement for change.
